Pumpkin Pie Protein Ice Cream

A delicious and healthy treat made with protein-packed ingredients, perfect for satisfying dessert cravings without the guilt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fairlife 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 12 biscoff cookies

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except biscoff cookies to the Ninja Creami container and mix well with a hand-held frother.
  2. Freeze the container for 24 hours until frozen solid.
  3. Remove the frozen pint and run it under hot water for 60-90 seconds.
  4. Install the pint into the machine and press the Lite Ice Cream button for the first spin.
  5. Check the texture and re-spin if still powdery.
  6. Add biscoff cookies and mix on the mix-in setting.
  7. Serve in bowls or cones with optional garnishes.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week. If too hard, let sit at room temperature before scooping.
