Biscoff Tiramisu is a delightful twist on the classic Italian dessert, combining creamy mascarpone with coffee and Biscoff cookies for a luxurious no-bake treat.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie spread
  • 2024 Biscoff cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.
  2. Dip each Biscoff cookie briefly in the brewed coffee, then layer them in the bottom of a dish.
  3. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
  4. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a mascarpone layer on top.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes (4 hours) or overnight.
  6. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder. Enjoy your Biscoff Tiramisu!

Notes

For a richer flavor, mix some cocoa powder into the mascarpone mixture. Substitute with decaf coffee if preferred.
