A creamy and zesty shrimp pasta that combines the essence of tangy lime, spicy sriracha, and sweet chili sauce with perfectly cooked spaghetti.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
  • 8 ounces spaghetti noodles (cooked)
  • 12 ounces medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Fresh chopped parsley or cilantro (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the mayo, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, and sriracha sauce until smooth.
  2. Toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until pink and opaque.
  5. Combine the cooked spaghetti and sauce with the shrimp in the skillet.
  6. Garnish and serve while hot.

Notes

For best results, use freshly squeezed lime juice and ensure shrimp are dry before seasoning. Avoid overcooking the shrimp to keep its texture tender.
