An easy, weeknight-friendly dish featuring chicken breasts dressed with creamy Caesar, salty Parmesan, and crunchy breadcrumbs for a restaurant-worthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts (about 1 to 1.2 pounds total)
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or panko)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over each breast.
  4. Spread Caesar dressing over the top of each chicken breast.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the dressing.
  6. Press breadcrumbs on top until well covered.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature chicken for even cooking, and freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
