A quick and healthy beef stir fry packed with colorful vegetables and flavor, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, sliced thinly
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Brown the sliced beef until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger; stir for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to combine and adjust with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Feel free to customize the mixed vegetables based on preference. Frozen vegetables work well in this dish.
