Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak (or chicken/turkey)
  • 12 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Cook the twisted pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add the steak bites and sear until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, lower the heat. Melt the butter, then stir in the heavy cream and Cajun seasoning. Let it simmer until slightly thickened.

Notes

Best served with a green salad and garlic bread. Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
