  • 1 cup Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef with onions and bell peppers in a skillet over medium heat until the beef is cooked and vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the beef broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, cooking for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Mix the Cheddar Bay biscuit mix, milk, and egg in a separate bowl until combined.
  5. Pour the beef mixture into a greased baking dish and top with dollops of the biscuit mixture.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuit topping is golden brown.
