Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, cooked rice, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Mix well to combine all ingredients.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch if desired.
