A hearty casserole combining tender chicken, fresh broccoli, creamy cheese, and filling rice, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, cooked rice, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch if desired.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
