A comforting and satisfying dish combining chicken, rice, and broccoli, all baked together with cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked chicken, rice, broccoli, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large pot.
  3. Mix well and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

For a creamier casserole, use a blend of cheeses or add different vegetables for variety.
