Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are a quick and satisfying dinner option using shredded chicken, garlic, and melty cheese wrapped in low carb tortillas.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 low carb tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Let the oil shimmer, then add the minced garlic.
  2. Sauté for about 30 to 45 seconds until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Add the shredded chicken to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Stir to coat the chicken and cook until heated through, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Remove the skillet from the heat and immediately stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
  5. Lay out the tortillas on a work surface and divide the cheesy chicken filling evenly among them.
  6. Fold the sides in and roll each tortilla tightly.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For dairy-free, use plant-based cheese. For a creamier wrap, add mayonnaise or Greek yogurt after melting the cheese.
