A quick and satisfying handheld meal combining shredded chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan in a tortilla wrap.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • Croutons (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan in a large bowl.
  2. Toss everything gently until evenly coated.
  3. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface and divide the chicken Caesar mixture among them.
  4. Sprinkle croutons on top of each portion if desired.
  5. Fold the short sides of each tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the long side.
  6. Slice each wrap in half on the diagonal and serve or refrigerate for later.

Notes

To prevent sogginess, store components separately and assemble shortly before eating. Warm tortillas for easier rolling.
