A hearty and budget-friendly casserole made with ground beef, beans, and potatoes, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef with onion in a skillet.
  2. Layer diced potatoes and the beef mixture in a slow cooker.
  3. Add kidney beans, black beans, and cream of mushroom soup.
  4. Season with garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 240 minutes.

Notes
