A flavorful and quick stir-fry recipe featuring steak tips, sweet bell peppers, and savory garlic on a Blackstone griddle.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 to 1.5 pounds steak tips
  • 2 to 3 assorted bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Pat the steak tips dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the olive oil to the griddle until it shimmers.
  4. Sauté the onion and garlic for 1 to 2 minutes until softened.
  5. Push aromatics to the side and add steak tips; sear for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Stir and cook until browned to preferred doneness.
  7. Add the bell peppers and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  8. Drizzle with soy sauce, stir to combine, and heat through for 30 seconds.
  9. Serve hot off the griddle.

Notes

Use sirloin tips or thinly sliced flank steak if steak tips are unavailable. Low-sodium soy sauce can be used for less salt.
