Delicious and quick crab-filled bites wrapped in buttery crescent dough, perfect as an appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz), room temperature
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat (lump or flaked), pat dry
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the crab meat, softened cream cheese, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until evenly blended.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise.
  4. Place about 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture on the wide end of each small triangle. Roll each triangle up and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the dough is puffed and golden brown on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool a minute. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
