  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Combine cream cheese, garlic, parmesan, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and cover them with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
