A delightful combination of rich chocolate brownie and creamy cheesecake layered together, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter and mix in the granulated sugar. Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  3. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix into the wet ingredients until well combined.
  4. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
  5. Beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and spread it over the brownie batter.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
