  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain it and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the sliced sausage in the skillet until browned.
  4. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
