  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the chicken broth, ranch dressing mix, and cream of mushroom soup until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken thighs.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes until the chicken is tender.

Notes

For thicker gravy, mix cornstarch with cold water and stir it in about 30 minutes before serving. Feel free to customize with different soups or add spices like paprika.
