Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Add them to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Add the sliced mushrooms and garlic to the same skillet. Cook until softened.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it melts and the sauce thickens.
