A quick and comforting dish that combines pasta with a rich, creamy garlic sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the pasta along with enough water (or broth) to cover it.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked.
  5. Stir in the milk and Parmesan cheese, and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes until creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
