Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned and fully cooked (the internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  4. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until it wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and mix in the Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce is creamy.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the turkey and spinach mixture, stirring to coat evenly.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute heavy cream with full-fat coconut milk and use nut-based cheese. Whole grain or gluten-free pasta can be used as well.
