Ingredients
Scale
2 chicken breasts
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the pan.
Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
Add minced garlic to the same pan and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
Incorporate the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce thickens.
Return the chicken to the pan, coating them with the creamy spinach sauce.
Notes
Feel free to substitute heavy cream with a lighter option, but it may alter the creaminess of the sauce.
