A rich and creamy salmon dish featuring fresh spinach and a luscious sauce, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  3. Remove the salmon and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Return the salmon to the skillet, coating it with the creamy spinach sauce.
