  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the chicken thighs and potato chunks with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
