A comforting and satisfying casserole made with tender potatoes, seasoned ground beef, and creamy sauce, topped with melted cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced potatoes, ground beef, onion, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker.
  3. Top with shredded cheese.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours until the potatoes are tender and the beef is cooked through.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days. This casserole can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
