Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

A comforting, hands-off dish combining the heartiness of lasagna with the ease of a slow cooker, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce
  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in the pasta sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce in a greased slow cooker.
  4. Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  5. Top with half of the remaining meat sauce and half of each cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers, finishing with cheese on top.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 240-300 minutes until heated through.

Notes

To reduce fat, use lean ground beef. Consider adding red pepper flakes or spinach for variation.
