  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions
