  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or cauliflower rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground chicken and cook until fully browned.
  3. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in cabbage and carrots, cooking until tender.

Notes
