Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lean protein (chicken, turkey, or tofu)
  • 1 cup Vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, and onions)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk the eggs together with your desired seasonings in a large bowl.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add the vegetables and sauté until tender.
  4. Incorporate your choice of lean protein into the skillet and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
