  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • French rolls or hoagie buns
  • Provolone cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the beef roast in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix the onion soup mix, beef broth, and water together, then pour it over the roast.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours until the beef is tender.
  4. Once cooked, remove the beef and shred it with two forks.

Notes
