Ingredients

  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 4 pita bread pockets
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Combine mixed fruits and lime juice in a bowl.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Cut pita bread into triangles and arrange on a baking sheet.
  4. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mix.
  5. Bake until golden and crispy, about 10-12 minutes.
