  • 1 cup (240 ml) beef broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients, ensuring they are fresh and ready to go.
  2. Cut the beef steak into bite-sized pieces, trimming any excess fat.
  3. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and halve them.
  4. Melt unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat until bubbling.
  5. Add minced garlic to the skillet and stir gently to avoid burning.
  6. Transfer the garlic mixture to the crock pot once golden brown.
  7. Layer halved potatoes and steak pieces in the crock pot.
  8. Sprinkle dried thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper over the top.
  9. Pour beef broth and soy sauce over the ingredients and stir gently.
  10. Set the crock pot to low and cook for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
