  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  6. Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
  7. Slice the chicken and return it to the skillet.
  8. Add red pepper flakes and lemon juice, stirring to combine.
  9. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
