Delicious handheld bites filled with seasoned beef and melty cheese, wrapped in biscuit dough and topped with garlic butter and Parmesan.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (12 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease it.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up until browned and no pink remains.
  3. Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine, remove from heat, and adjust seasoning.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and roll each biscuit slightly to flatten. Cut each biscuit in half for smaller bombs or leave whole for larger ones.
  5. Place a spoonful of seasoned beef in the center of each biscuit piece. Top with a small sprinkle of shredded cheese.
  6. Fold the dough around the filling, pinching seams tightly to seal. Place each ball seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the biscuits are puffed and golden brown.
  9. Let them rest for a couple of minutes, then serve warm and enjoy.
