A quick and comforting Garlic Butter Chicken Pasta dish perfect for weeknight dinners or impressing guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound thinly sliced chicken breasts
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 16 ounces spaghetti
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 8 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • ½ teaspoon crushed pepper flakes
  • ⅔ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt as needed
  • Fresh minced parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the sliced chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove the chicken and keep warm.
  4. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente, then drain.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet. Add minced garlic and crushed pepper flakes; sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and mix in the cooked spaghetti, tossing to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  7. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese, adjusting salt and pepper to taste.
