1 lb Ground Beef (80% lean)
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1 medium Onion, finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 large Eggs, room temperature
½ cup Milk
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
¼ cup Ketchup
1 tablespoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly cracked
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
½ cup Ketchup (for glaze)
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and parsley in a large bowl. Mix until well incorporated.
Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased baking dish.
Whisk together the glaze ingredients (½ cup ketchup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar) in a small bowl.
Coat the top of the meatloaf generously with the glaze.
Bake for about 60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F and the juices run clear.
