A moist meatloaf recipe with a flavorful glaze, perfect for a comforting weeknight dinner.

  • 1 lb Ground Beef (80% lean)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 large Eggs, room temperature
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly cracked
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • ½ cup Ketchup (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and parsley in a large bowl. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased baking dish.
  4. Whisk together the glaze ingredients (½ cup ketchup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar) in a small bowl.
  5. Coat the top of the meatloaf generously with the glaze.
  6. Bake for about 60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F and the juices run clear.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat to 165°F.
