1 lb chicken breast, diced
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp water
2 tbsp sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
Pour the orange juice mixture over the chicken.
In another bowl, mix cornstarch and water, then add to the pan to thicken the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
For extra tenderness, marinate the chicken in the orange juice mixture for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Use freshly squeezed orange juice for the best flavor.
