  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
  3. Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
  4. Add the coleslaw mix and cook until the cabbage is wilted.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and rice vinegar, stirring to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
