A comforting one-pot dish combining ground beef, rice, and cheese with a tangy ranch seasoning twist.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can sweet corn, drained
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  3. Mix in the rice, sweet corn, ranch seasoning, and beef broth.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then let it simmer until the rice is tender.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

Notes

Use lean ground beef for a lighter dish. Feel free to customize by adding vegetables or different cheeses.
