Bite-sized salmon cubes tossed in a sticky honey soy glaze, perfect for busy weeknights and kid-friendly dinners.

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add the salmon cubes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Let the salmon marinate at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Spread the marinated salmon in a single layer on the prepared sheet.
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, swap regular soy sauce for tamari. Cut thicker salmon cubes for even cooking.
