  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  5. Stir in the broccoli florets and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet.
  7. Pour in the lemon juice and zest, and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
