Ingredients

  • Steak (sirloin or flank)
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic, minced
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Cucumber, diced
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cooked quinoa or rice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the steak to your preferred doneness.
