Juicy chicken breasts topped with a creamy mayo-Parmesan crust, baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. Place each chicken breast between plastic wrap and pound to an even thickness.
  3. Whisk together mayonnaise or yogurt, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture over the chicken breasts.
  5. Arrange coated breasts in the dish and sprinkle with optional seasoning.
  6. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until chicken is cooked through and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Great served with mashed potatoes or salad. Can be reheated gently in the oven.
