A flavorful slow cooker chicken dish made with tender chicken breasts, ranch dressing mix, au jus gravy mix, butter, and pepperoncini, perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup pepperoncini, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle ranch dressing and au jus gravy mixes over the top.
  3. Add sliced pepperoncini.
  4. Pour melted butter on top of the chicken.
  5. Cook on low heat for 360-480 minutes until the chicken is tender.
  6. Shred the chicken with forks and stir it with the sauce directly in the cooker.

Notes

Serve on rolls for sandwiches or over rice for a heartier meal. Leftovers can be stored for 3-4 days or frozen for 2-3 months.
