A satisfying, home-cooked meal combining juicy chicken breasts and crispy potatoes, infused with garlic and rosemary.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 medium potatoes, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into chunks and place them in a large baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken breasts on top of the potatoes and season similarly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are crispy.

Notes

For best results, choose Yukon Gold or red potatoes. Consider marinating the chicken for extra flavor.
