Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each, skin on or off per preference)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (reduced-sodium if preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or avocado oil)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, and olive oil in a small bowl until combined.
  3. Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and place in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the glaze over the fillets, turning to coat.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
  6. Remove from oven, let rest for 2 minutes, then drizzle with reserved glaze.

Notes

For a glossy finish, reserve some glaze to brush on before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
