A comforting and flavorful soup combining potstickers with savory broth and fresh greens, perfect for chilly nights.

Ingredients

  • Potstickers or dumplings (your choice of fillings)
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 cups greens (like spinach or bok choy)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • Sesame oil for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a boil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Allow it to simmer for a few minutes to develop the flavors.
  3. Stir in the potstickers and cook according to the package instructions until they’re heated through.
  4. Add the greens and simmer until they are wilted.
  5. Season the soup with soy sauce, salt, and pepper according to your taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and a drizzle of sesame oil.
