Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel the sweet potatoes if desired, then cut them into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Coat the cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper, ensuring even distribution.
