  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
  6. Once the beef is browned, sprinkle in the salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir to combine.
  7. Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and mix well with the beef mixture.
  8. Pour in the beef broth and stir to combine.
  9. Cover the skillet with a lid and reduce the heat to low. Let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  10. Check the seasoning and adjust salt and pepper if needed.
