A quick and satisfying meal featuring tender steak bites and golden, buttery potatoes, perfect for busy weeknights or family dinners.

  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the halved baby potatoes and cook until golden and tender, about 10-12 minutes.
  5. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  6. Add the steak back into the skillet and toss everything together.
